Our classic chicken parmo is flattened and freshly breadcrumb to make a schnitzel, which is then topped with a layer of our very own bechamel sauce, sprinkled with lots of mozzarella and creamy cheddar cheese. Serve with any of your favourite sides!
To make at home simply pop it at the oven at 200 ōc for 25-35 mins.
Bombay Chicken Parmo
A Indian twist to the classic parmo, our chicken is freshly coated in our homemade Bombay spicy breadcrumbs and topped with our favourite Jalfrezi Indian curry sauce. We add the mozzarella and top it with lots of crispy onions to give you that onion Bhaji finish. Serve with rice or your favourite side.
To cook at home simply pop into the oven at 200 ōc and pop in the grill for a couple of seconds if you like your onions crispy!
Tex Mex Parmo
A Mexican twist to our classic chicken parmo.
Firstly, our butchers chicken is coated in a Mexican style breadcrumb then cooked in the oven to brown, we then add our homemade Chilli Con Carne sauce topped with creamy mozzarella cheese and mouthwatering spicy jalapeños.
To cook at home simply pop into the oven at 200 ōc and pop in the grill for a couple of seconds if you like your cheese and jalapeños crispy!
